Best time to buy the Infinix GT 50 Pro
The launch period is worth checking because the brand is promoting bundled accessories and bank discounts. However, buyers should compare the final payable price after discounts rather than judging the offer only by the advertised value of the accessories.

- Head SAR – 0.77 W/kg
- Body-Worn SAR – 0.43 W/kg
- FCC SAR Limit – 1.6 W/kg, averaged over 1 gram of tissue

Design and Build Quality
The Infinix GT 50 Pro measures approximately 162.44 × 77.23 × 8.15mm and weighs 198 grams. Its styling is aimed at gaming enthusiasts, with a distinctive rear design and dedicated gaming controls. The phone is available in Black Abyss and Red Blaze.
The dedicated shoulder triggers are particularly useful for games that benefit from additional physical inputs. They can help players map actions to separate controls instead of relying entirely on touchscreen buttons.
Display and Viewing Experience
The phone features a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,208 × 2,644 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. This combination is designed to deliver smooth scrolling, responsive gameplay and vivid colours.
The high refresh rate is most useful in supported games and applications. Actual gaming frame rates depend on the game, its graphics settings, thermal conditions and software optimisation.
Performance and Processor
The Infinix GT 50 Pro uses the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate processor, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of storage in the Indian configuration. It runs Android 16-based XOS 16.
The processor and memory configuration are designed for demanding games, multitasking and everyday applications. The phone also includes a HydroFlow liquid-cooling system intended to help manage heat during intensive gaming sessions.
However, cooling technology alone does not guarantee a particular frame rate or sustained performance level. Real-world results depend on game optimisation, ambient temperature and the duration of a gaming session.
Camera Features
The Infinix GT 50 Pro includes a dual rear-camera setup with a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 13MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Rear camera
The 50MP main camera is designed for everyday photography, while the 8MP ultra-wide camera provides a wider field of view for landscapes, group photographs and architecture.
Camera performance also depends on lighting, image processing and shooting conditions. Buyers who prioritise photography should compare sample images and independent camera reviews before purchasing.
Front camera
The 13MP front camera is intended for selfies, video calls and social media content. It should cover common everyday requirements, although image quality will depend on lighting and software processing.
Battery Life and Charging
The Infinix GT 50 Pro packs a 6,500mAh battery, with support for 45W wired charging and 30W wireless charging. The phone also supports compatible magnetic cooling accessories and gaming-focused charging features.
The large battery should be useful for users who play games, stream video or use their phones heavily throughout the day. Actual battery life will depend on display brightness, refresh rate, mobile network conditions and gaming workload.
